Design engineer
I obsess over load times. When I design, I assume people are multitasking, so I design around what’s left of their attention, not for it.
AI lets me test ideas before I build them. Most die early, and I commit to the ones more likely to deserve it.
Lately I keep coming back to one question: why does the Colosseum still hold up, structurally and visually, while most modern buildings don’t age the same way? I don’t have an answer. But it’s the question behind most of what I make.
